Which Engineering college to apply to?

I could not get to IIT or other good college. Which Engineering colleges are good in India for doing engineering in electronics or computer science.

There are many engineering colleges in India. Try for the RECs, they are all good. It all depends on what and where you want to end up after your engineering. Trichi, Warangal and Suratkal come to my mind right away from the lot.
